I have spent most of my life in the janitorial sanitation industry.  I grew up working in my family's disaster restoration company in Edmonton, AB., eventually running their carpet cleaning division. In 1985 my wife and I moved  to Red Deer starting a janitorial supply company. In 1992 we sold our company to Zep Sales & Service where I was first Operations manager, then Branch Manager and eventually Zep's Western Canadian Sales Manager for their Janitorial/Sanitation segment. In 2010,  I left Zep to pursue different career avenues and in April of 2014 started Synergic Connections Inc.

For the first 6 years of my career I was an assistant to the Registrar for the Alberta Association of Registered Nurses. When we moved to Red Deer in 1985 I did the bookkeeping for our first company and also worked in an optometrist office as a receptionist. I eventually quit working full time to raise our 3 children. I had several part-time jobs including accounts payable for Zep Sales & Service while our children grew.  Eventually I started working  for the Alberta Motor Association where for the next 13 years I was the receptionist and travel coordinator. I now look after our company books and am an office assistant for a  property management company where I also do bookkeeping.
